Instructions

• Applicants must fill all details carefully and accurately. All information should match the submitted documents to avoid any mismatch during verification.
• Please upload valid, clear, and readable documents only. Blurred, cropped, or incorrect files may lead to rejection. Maximum file size allowed is 2 MB per document.
• All submitted details will be carefully reviewed by the committee. Any incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection without prior notice.
• The applicant must be actively involved in the tourism or hospitality sector, such as travel agencies, hotels, guides, transport services, or related businesses.
• After submission, the verification process may take a few working days. Applicants are requested to remain patient and avoid multiple submissions.
• VTG reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on eligibility and document verification. The decision of the committee will be final.
• The Office Bearers and Committee will decide whether the applicant is granted Active or Allied Membership. In case of Allied Membership, the status will be reviewed after two years from the date of joining for possible upgrade to Active Membership.
• After approval, the applicant must pay ₹5100 admission fee and ₹2500 yearly subscription (total ₹7600) to complete the membership process.

Required Documents

• A valid business proof is mandatory, such as GST Registration, Trade License, or any government-recognized document.
• Applicants must provide affiliation or recognition from tourism-related authorities such as Ministry of Tourism, UP Tourism, IATO, TAAI, or any other recognized body.
• For hotel or accommodation providers, Sarai Act registration or equivalent local authority approval is required.
• Identity proof (Aadhaar / PAN) and authorized signature must be uploaded correctly for verification purposes.
